Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that we do not issue cancelations, rescheduling or refunds for bookings under any circumstances. Please ensure that you double check all dates etc. and declare any concerns before making a purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any participant's enrolment in any activity at any time at our absolute discretion. In such circumstances, a refund for any remaining activities will be issued. I hereby represent to the Guild that I am physically capable of and there is no medical reason to prevent me from proceeding with participation without endangering my health. I acknowledge that whilst on the Guild premises, my person, my guests, my property, and my guest’s property are at my own risk. I acknowledge that I will not hold the Guild responsible for and the Guild hereby excludes, to the extent permitted by law, all liability for any personal injury or damage (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) whilst suffered by me or my guest or loss of property by me or my guest while I am on the Guild's premises.
